Meet the Founder: Michael Williams

The vision for Flock Business was born in the innovative ecosystem of Northern California. Our founder, Michael Williams, earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he focused his research on Organizational Behavior and Swarm Intelligence.

While at Stanford, Michael observed a striking contrast between the companies that succeeded in Silicon Valley and those that failed. The failures almost always stemmed from internal friction—silos, ego-driven leadership, and fragmented goals. The successes came from teams that acted as a single, cohesive unit.

Before launching this platform, Michael spent a decade as an organizational design consultant, helping mid-sized tech firms transition through rapid scaling phases. He gained a reputation for being the “Team Architect,” specializing in restructuring communication flows to foster agility.
